An ancient Roman name, Trebius is also the name of our white wine made from Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes, the most widespread and famous white grape variety in the region.

Trebius is an intense straw-yellow wine, with notes of ripe pear and peach, along with balsamic hints of sage, grass, and hay. On the palate, it is very fresh and savory, with a long finish featuring a subtle hint of almond.

Pairings: Trebius pairs elegantly with seafood appetizers, pasta dishes such as spaghetti with clams or tagliatelle with butter and sage, seafood risotto, and legume or seafood soups. It is excellent with white meat main courses, oven-baked dishes, and fresh and aged cheeses.
