Made from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, our Publicius cherry wine has the colour of cherries and the scent of good weather. The name is a tribute to an important family of Imperial Rome, the Publicius, a lineage that, according to some scholars, had its roots in Hatria.

Tasting notes: Publicius is distinguished by its bright cherry red color. In the nose, small red fruits, cherries and pomegranate, with delicate floral notes. On the palate is fresh, crispy and well balanced, with a pleasant savoriness that complements the rather long finish.

Pairings: Publicius is a versatile wine: perfect with fish soups such as Adriatic brodetto, fried or grilled fish, white meats, cured meats, pasta dishes with tomatoe sauce, medium-aged cheeses and pizza.
